This page is the official deletion-request link for the Google Play listing. Send your request by email or WhatsApp: we delete your account and associated data within 30 days after identity verification.

What will be deleted

Account (email, preferences, linked licences)
Vehicles and history: chassis number (VIN), service log, OBD scans, account-linked reports
ExpertDiag backup mirror associated with the account
Notification token (no more reminders)
Photos and notes stored with the account

What may be kept (and for how long)

Accounting and tax records linked to licence purchases: up to 10 years (OHADA legal obligation), with no commercial use
Dispute records: until the dispute is closed plus the legal limitation period
Anonymous crash logs collected by Google Crashlytics: up to 90 days
Local copy on the phone: until you uninstall the app or clear Android data

From the app

In AutoDiag: Help & support, then “Request my account deletion”. The same pre-filled email opens. In-app account deletion is not automatic yet: the request is processed manually within 30 days.

How deletion works

1You send the request (pre-filled email above, or WhatsApp).
2We verify that you own the account (email or phone number).
3We delete the account and associated data within a maximum of 30 days.
4You receive a confirmation email detailing what was deleted and what was kept for legal reasons.
